Websites are the hub of any business. Both need strong foundations and constant care.
For Bespoke Salon Studio and The Chimes, I managed their websites to maintain and improve. For SE Lashes, I built the foundation and maintain it.

Marketing and Salon Manager
I have worked at Bespoke Salon Studio since September 2019, but have been in my current role since January 2021. As Bespoke’s Marketing and Salon Manager, I manage all social media content creation, editing, and posting schedule; write, edit, and post all newsletters; and maintain and update our website, online shop, and scheduling system. I directly manage a receptionist, report to the owner, and work with a team of 12 stylists. I am directly responsible for our website and Instagram.

Web Designer
I built this website for my employer, Shawna Windle, owner of Bespoke Salon Studio. This website had the goal of showing future students her expertise and hosting a store where she would sell class seats. Along with this website, I also helped create learning materials, like a PowerPoint and manual with content from the class. Because this is Shawna Windle's proprietary class content, I cannot add it, but could provide the samples to future clients.

Reporter, Web Editor
The Chimes is Capital University’s student newspaper. From December 2017 to December 2020, I was the Web Editor. I was responsible for adapting all news stories from print design to web design, which included finding images, editing for SEO strength, and scheduling all posts to go live. I did this weekly, with 10-15 stories per week. Outside of publication days, I managed and updated our website to be efficient at supplying news to our readers.
The news stories I wrote during my time at the Chimes can be found here.
